This creative, die cut Charlotte frame page, is a unique way to create a beautiful title page for a wedding album. Use the patterned journaling card to inscribe the wedding date and bride and groom’s names, then tuck it inside the hand-made mini envelope.

Supplies:

2 sheets AG1156 Pale Green Bows
2 sheets AG1157 Pale Green Circle Pattern
1 sheet AG1158 Gold Filigree Swirl
1 sheet AG1160 Frame Page
1 sheet AG1161Ivory Filigree Swirl
DE705 Charlotte 3D Stickers
1 Charlotte die cut
1 sheet 12" x 12" ivory cardstock
1 sheet 8 1/2" x 11" ivory cardstock
12" ivory satin ribbon
Pattern for envelope

Tools: Scissors or craft knife and mat, Ruler, Pencil, Scoring tool

Class # 509 Picture Perfect Matrimony

Step 1


Cut three 4" x 12" strips AG1155 for pleats.	Mark and score each strip at 1/4" and 3/4" intervals (1/4", 1", 1 1/4", 2", 2 1/4", etc.).

Then cut each strip into 12" x 1" strips.	Fold the first 1/4" score line back and then accordion fold strip.
		Cut the 12" x 12" piece of ivory cardstock to 11 3/4" square. Adhere eight pleated strips around the edges of the cardstock, two on each side, aligning outer edges and overlapping the strips at the corners. [I tried a couple of different adhesives and found that a permanent roll on worked best for me.] Miter the corners by cutting diagonally from the outer corner to the inner corner. 		Remove excess paper and adhere corners. Center and adhere to background sheet AG1157.

Step 2

	Cut about 1/4" from the outer edges of AG1160 to the outer line of the pattern. [Using a paper cutter gives you a straighter edge.]
	Use a craft knife and mat and cut on both sides of the curved corners of the frame printed on the paper. The photo will slip under these corners.

Step 3


Cut a 3/4" x 12" strip AG1158 and set aside for second page.	Adhere AG1160 to AG1158 and trim, leaving a narrow border.	Center and adhere to pleated-edge cardstock

Step 4

	Use the pattern to cut out the envelope from AG1157.

Score and fold sides and adhere flaps in place.You will cut the 2 3/4" x 1 3/4" journaling card from AG1161 after you cut the pieces needed on the second page.

Step 5

You may want to place the stickers around the frame after the photo is in place since the stickers overlap the photo. [The flowers on my page are not attached yet. I cut each flower out of the sticker sheet. This way I can cut away just enough backing to have it stick on the page, but not on my photo. I prefer not to put stickers on my precious pictures.]

Class # 509 Picture Perfect Matrimony

Step 1

		To make the border strip, cut a 12" x 2 1/2" strip AG1157. Adhere two strips of pleats 1/4" from each edge of strip. (Mouse over right image to zoom in)
		Cut a 12" x 5/8" strip AG1161. Center and adhere to AG1158 strip set aside. (Mouse over right image to zoom in)
		Center and adhere over pleats on border. Center and adhere horizontally across background sheet AG1156.
	Add floral sticker to border.

Step 2

For photo mats, cut four 5 1/2" x 4" pieces AG1161. Place two mats above border and two mats below border and adhere.

Class # 509 Picture Perfect Matrimony

Step 1


Cut a 10" x 7" piece ivory cardstock and AG1156. Score and fold 2 1/2" from each edge and fold in to make a 5" x 7" card.
		Adhere paper to the outside of the cardstock.

Step 2

		Cut a 10" x 3" strip AG1157. Center and adhere to card, aligning front edges
		Adhere ivory ribbon around center of the card.
		Trim ends even with card front.

Step 3


Assemble die cut and center on card front. Adhere only to the left side of card.

Step 4

Cut a 4" x 4 1/2" piece AG1157 and adhere inside card.
