Class # 521

Extraordinary Women

Step 1

		Mouse Over to Zoom
		Cover 10 1/4" x10 1/4" cardboard with paper AG1152 (Black with White Flowers).

Step 2

Mark then score AG1145 (Black & Gray Faux Embossed) paper from top to bottom every 3/4" x 1/4" x 1/2" x 1/4" repeat for entire page.

[Be careful and follow these measurements exactly or you will have some pretty funny looking pleated bo

Step 3

Cut paper into 1 1/2" strips making sure the score lines are horizontal when you put the paper into the cutter. You will need 8 strips which is 1 sheet of paper.

Step 4

Fold strips back and forth to create pleats.

Step 5

Tape two strips together to create 4 long strips and glue around edge of AG1144 paper (White with Black Flowers and Birds) leaving about a 1/4" gap from the edges.

[As you can see, I used glue to attach two stripes together and added tape to the back to help keep the pleats in place. Keep your tape along the inside edge of the strip so your pleats will still stand up.]

Step 6

Miter corners and secure.

Step 7

Glue the covered cardboard to the page using several layers of foam squares. Foam squares should be in the center and close to the edges as not to go on top of the pleats. Use 3 layers of foam tape.

Steps 8 & 9

Cut out center scroll from AG1142 (Pink, B&W Floral) paper as shown.
With the remaining AG1142, cut out the two smaller bunches of flowers and adhere to the edge of the scroll without flowers.

Step 10

Glue vertically to left side of covered cardboard.

Step 11

Mouse Over to Zoom

Place large 3D flower sticker on top of the same flowers in the center of the scroll.

Steps 12 & 13

Cut a piece of AG1143 at 5" x 3 1/2" (Black with White & Pink Faux Doily).

Add photo corners and glue to a piece of AG1151 (Pink & White Faux Embossing) paper cut to 5 1/2" x 4".

Step 14

Glue to page and add ribbon and tag.

[You will need to cut the ribbon in half so you will have enough for the right page.]

Extraordinary Women

Step 1

Use a piece of 12" x 12" AG1144 as your background paper.

Step 2

Glue a piece of AG1145 paper cut to 11 1/4" x 11 1/4" to your background paper.

Step 3

Glue a piece of AG1152 paper cut to 10 1/4" x 10 1/4" to paper AG1145.

Step 3b

[You should go ahead and punch out the tag and add a bow using the ribbon left from the left page. Adhere tag to the upper right hand corner of the page leaving a 1/4" boarder.]

Steps 4 & 5

Cut paper AG1151 to 3 3/4" x 5 1/4" (cut three).

Cut paper AG1143 to 3 1/4" x 4 3/4" (cut three).

Step 6

Glue papers together to make photo frames and glue to page as shown.

Extraordinary Women

Step 1


[Score the cardstock in half to make your 5"X7" card.] Cut one piece of AG1144 at 5" x 7" and adhere to front of card.

Step 2

Cut one piece of AG1151 at 3 1/4" x 6" and one piece of AG1152 at 3 3/4" x 6 1/2". Place Ag1151 on top of AG1152, fold at the bottom WITHOUT creasing and cut diagonally to form a wide split.

Step 3

Adhere the strip of AG1151 to AG1152 leaving about 1/4" border on both sides and the bottom split. The top should be even. Adhere this piece on top of AG1151 to the front of the card with the top being even with the card.

Step 4

Adhere the trophy cup from the 3D sticker sheet on front of the card in the middle of AG1151.

Adhere one of the small 3D floral stickers to the top of the trophy cup and the other to the bottom right of the cup.

Step 5

Done!

Envelope

Step 1

Trim flap with decorative scissors.

Steps 2 & 3

Cut one piece at 5" x 3 1/4" AG1151- (adhere to AG1152 in next step).

Cut one piece at 5" x 3 3/4" AG1152 - (adhere to AG1144 in next step).

Step 4

Cut one piece at 5" x 5" AG1144 then slide inside envelope and trace the edge of the envelope on the BACK of the inserted piece.

Step 5

Remove and cut along the lines traced to form a wide split.

Step 6

Adhere to envelope with the wide split lining up with the wide split on the back of the envelope.

Step 7

Cut around the round pink 3D flower sticker and adhere to the center tip of the flap.
