| Join us this month as we create an
elaborately folded and pocketed layout using our
Grace collection. You’ll construct a pocket
to hold a separate page for your photos and journaling,
allowing you to fit in twice the memories! You’ll
also create double-sided folds on both pages, adorned
with diecuts and brads. A ribbon-tied card completes
the all-occasion trio. |

Cut a 10" square
AG1057. Center and adhere to a 10 1/2" square
AG1065. (Save all scraps for the second page and
card.) Center and adhere to background sheet AG1061. |

Adhere AG1059 and AG1062
together back to back. |
 |

With AG1059 side up,
mark
the center (6") on each side. Lay a ruler diagonally
from one mark
to the next on
the adjacent side and fold the paper in to the center
along the side of the ruler. |
 |

Measure 2" from
this fold toward
the center and
fold back. [Or
3" from the point
on each side.] |
 |
 |
Use
a paper piercer
or push pin
to make a hole about 1/2" from
the outer edge
through all layers
and insert the brad. Repeat for remaining three corners. |

| Center points of the frame
on each side of the page and adhere in place. For photo
mat, cut a 4 1/2" square AG1065 and a 4" square
ivory cardstock from the 12"x 12" sheet. Adhere
together and in frame. |

Punch out die cut flowers
and adhere with pop dots
as in sample. |

Cut a 10 1/2" square
AG1057 and an 11" square AG1065. Center and
adhere together and to background sheet AG1061. |

Adhere AG1059 and AG1062
together back to back. We will fold only one corner
in. With the AG1059 side up, measure 3 1/2" from
one corner on adjacent sides. |

Lay your ruler diagonally from mark
to mark and fold
the corner in
along the ruler.
Measure 2 " from
this fold straight
back, (or 3"
along the side
seam) and fold
back. |
 |
Pierce hole for brad
1/2" from edge through all layers and insert
brad. |

|

To fold the sides of
the pocket in, with the folded corner at the top
and the AG1059 side up, measure 5 1/2" from
the outer points down toward the bottom point. Lay
your ruler along the side of the top fold to one
mark and fold in along the ruler. |

Repeat for the other side. Fold the
bottom point up by laying the ruler across the bottom
of the side folds and fold against the ruler toward
the center. |

| To make the pocket expandable,
fold sides to make a V by measuring in 1/2" from
the side folds
and fold back. |
 |
 |

| Measure 1/2" from
this fold and
fold forward.
Repeat steps
for the other
side. Adhere
pocket to the
background 1
1/2" from
the bottom of the
page. [Adhere
only on the three
top triangles
along their two
sides, or you
will ad her your
expandable pocket
shut.] |

| For the pocket insert, cut an 8"x
9" piece from the 12"x12" sheet ivory
cardstock. Cut
a 7 3/4"x 7 1/2" piece AG1065.
Adhere centered
along the lower three sides of the insert. Cut one
edge of a 7 3/4" long
strip AG1065
(from first page)
with decorative scissors. Cut a 7 3/4" long
strip AG1057 (from first page). Adhere together
with 1/4" of the AG1057 showing
below the decorative
edge. Adhere
centered on three
sides to top
edge of insert. Punch out diecut flower. Adhere to
top of insert as a pullout tab. Insert in pocket. |

For photo mats, cut
two 3 1/2"x 3 3/4" pieces ivory cardstock
from the 12"x12" sheet ivory cardstock
and two 4"x 4 1/4" pieces AG1065. Adhere
together and to the front of the pocket.

Cut an 11" x 6 1/4" piece
ivory cardstock and AG1057. Score 4 1/2" from
left end. Fold forward with the floral paper on the
outside. Score and fold again from the right end
to fold over the front of the card. |

 |
| Cut a 6 1/4" long
strip AG1065.
Cut one long edge with decorative scissors. Adhere
along the inside of the right edge as in sample. |

Adhere cardstock and floral print together. |
|
|
|
|
|
 |
| For tag, cut a 1 3/4"x 2 3/4" piece
AG1065. Adhere to 2" x 3" piece ivory cardstock.
Punch a 1/8" hole in one end. Cut a flower from
AG1057. Adhere to
tag with adhesive dot. |

|
|
|
 |
| Adhere the center of
the ribbon to the back of the card, wrapping the
ends to the front and tying a knot. Slip tag on ribbon
and tie a bow. |
